Just another Manic Monday

And here we are again. Monday. The dreaded Monday, lol.

 

Mondays always seem to suck the worst, huh?  After a good weekend it's bad, but after the last couple days, today was a little harder than some.  We've moved past the hardest part of it all, and I know we still have a long way to go, but we will be better for it all. I know we will.

 

Today I haven't really done all that much.  I took Hubby to work, and the girls to school, and then came home and took a 3 hour nap!  I rarely take THAT long of a nap, so it was wonderful.

 

Then I went and picked Hubby up, and we came home and he got ready to go out and apply for a new job. HOPEFULLY it works out, cause that's the job he REALLY wants. Guess we will see what happens, but it's a step in the right direction, ya know?

 

Then we picked the girls up from school and came home and while the girls were doing their chores we had some one on one time to talk about some more stuff.  It's still difficult to discuss them, I won't lie, but each day gets a little better. And it's such a good thing that everything is coming to light, cause we are both way more open and honest about things now.  It's been FOREVER since we've felt that way, so it's a very good thing.

 

Now it's about dinner time, and then I think Hubby and I are going to play a game together.  We need the time to just let loose and play some games.

 

Sorry the post isn't longer. Just don't really have a whole lot to discuss today.  Some days will be that short, and some won't.
